Storage API outage

Our Storage API servers were offline from 2:33 UTC to 6:47 UTC of July 21th, 2014. We're still identifying main roots of this outage now, but servers are up and running. You can expect slow performance for next 1~2 hours. All nightly jobs failed.

We let you down and we know it. We take our responsibilities — and the trust you place in us — very seriously. I cannot express how sorry I am to those of you who were inconvenienced.

Storage inaccessible

Some projects storage is not accessible at the moment, we are working on fix.

EDIT 2.55pm PST: All projects are now fully functional.

Sandbox server maintenance

We’re performing some maintenance work on sandbox servers, check your credentials, they may change multiple times today.

Database recovery

Data in some buckets are not accessible at the moment, bucket’s database recovery is in progress.

UPDATE

Everything should be back in normal.

Urgent maintenance

We have to perform quick maintenance, some orchestrations can fail.

The reason why we do it is because we will ensure the security of our customers’ data, as the vulnerability in the SSL-handling component widely used across the Internet has been discovered and we will make sure this vulnerability has no effect on us.

UPDATE: Maintenance is done, everything should be back to normal.

Bug in Redshift transformations

There was a fatal bug in Redshift transformations from March 2, 7pm PST to March 3, 5am PST. All Redshift transformations were failing, this bug has been fixed and deployed. All affected orchestrations were restarted. We apologize for this inconvenience, you can now proceed with your Redshift transformations.

Keboola Connection Maintenance

Maintenance break is planned to happen Mar 5 from 14:00 - 15:30 (CET).

Projects maintenance

Moving one backend server - unplanned maintenance. Will be back soon (ETA 25 min). Few projects will be unavailable.
